COMD 3341 Introduction to Audiology and Aural Rehabilitation

This course is designed to serve as an introduction to the broad field of audiology which is a profession devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. Students will learn principles of identification and classification of hearing loss and approaches to aural habilitation and/or rehabilitation. Students develop foundational knowledge of audiology within clinical and interprofessional contexts.

This course is available for both the in-person degree track and the online synchronous degree track.
