COMD 5357 Augmentative and Alternative Communication

The purpose of this course is to review methods of non-oral communication as applied to hospital, rehabilitation, and school settings. The use of electronic communication systems is emphasized. A client-centered approach for both children and adults will be applied across settings, disorders, and severities.
