Change of Program
If a student desires to change from one graduate program to another graduate program, the student must complete the Graduate Change of Program form, which is available on Graduate Admissions Office forms website http://www.uttyler.edu/graduate/forms/.
Each Graduate Change of Program form must be accompanied by a degree plan for the new program, which will be subject to approval by the Dean of the Graduate School. Once approved, this plan will determine all graduation requirements for the new program. Alterations and/or substitutions should not be made to the approved degree plan, and any such requests will be subject to approval by the Dean of the Graduate School.
