PHAR 7164 Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience 4

This course provides students with their first practical experience in providing direct patient care, including patient interviewing and professional communication; patient medication reconciliation, records and adherence; health and wellness screening; continuity of care; and an introduction to the principles of self-care with over-the-counter medications and non-pharmacologic treatments.
