Scholastic Load
The minimum credit hour load to be considered a full-time graduate student is nine semester hours of courses during a fall or spring semester or six hours during a regular summer session. The maximum credit hour load permitted is 12 hours during a fall or spring semester, six hours during each Summer I and II session, and nine hours during a Long Summer Session. However, total summer hours may not exceed 12. Students enrolled in 9 or more hours in the Long Summer Session are not eligible for enrollment in the Summer I or Summer II sessions.
