CECS 1300 History of Modern Engineering and Computer Science

An exploration of the history of modern engineering and computer science and its impact in today's world. Students will analyze critical questions in the development of technology. They will develop an understanding of the design process and explore ethical concerns related to technological advances. Students will work individually as well as in teams, developing critical thinking, writing and verbal skills.
